As Licensed Real Estate Broker Debra has both managed and leased numerous property sites including office and retail. Responsibilities have included Lease Compliance, Financial Projections for Property Performance, Preparation of Budgets, Rent Collections, Property Level Accounting, Coordination of Office and Site Staff and Company Operations.. Expense and Revenue Pro-rations and Closing Procedures as well as due diligence for acquisition or sale has been conducted for several projects including working with Lenders on performance projections.
Cherylyn Boyd, Agent
Cherylyn has thirty plus years experience in commercial real estate management and leasing. Responsibilities have included leasing and operations of over 1,000,000 sq. ft. of commercial retail, flex and warehouse properties. Cherylyn currently manages the operations of contract and lease negotiation, administration, supervision, property inspections, capital improvement planning and management, project management, marketing, and tenant relations. Cherylyn graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BBA in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M Corpus Christi. She also received her Masters of Business Administration from Texas A&M Corpus Christi.
