Licensed Real Estate Agent in Property Management and Leasing for more than fifteen years, Ms. Mathieu has worked for real estate investors and owners to Lease and Manage numerous commercial buildings, both multi-tenant and single-tenant triple net. Ms. Mathieu has extensive experience and expertise dealing with Construction Management, Lease Compliance, Operations Management, Government Leases as well as Lender Financing and Loan Compliance. Expense and Revenue Prorations and Closing Procedures for more than 15 properties were completed for the respective Landlords / Sellers. Projects included 700,000 square feet in Washington DC; 850,000 square feet in the Seattle area; and 840,000 square feet located throughout nine Texas cities as well as interests in New York, Miami, and Denver.
Debra Chapman, Vice-President
As Licensed Real Estate Broker Ms. Chapman has both managed and leased numerous property sites including office and retail. Responsibilities have included Lease Compliance, Financial Projections for Property Performance, Preparation of Budgets, Rent Collections, Property Level Accounting, Coordination of Office and Site Staff and Company Operations.. Expense and Revenue Prorations and Closing Procedures as well as due diligence for acquisition or sale has been conducted for several projects including working with Lenders on performance projections.
